Membership Categories
1. Individual: Membership category designed for the videographer who operates a one-person studio. Will be provided one password and one vote. $149
2. Studio: Available to any video studio/videographer with multiple people involved. Each company will be provided up to five web site passwords and one vote. $325
3. Student: Available only to those currently enrolled in an accredited school (high school, art school, college/university, etc.) $99
4. Association: Any local videographers association (or similar group) may affiliate. Associations will have their own representative on the Board of Directors $ TBD
5. Manufacturer/Dealer: $500
Voting Rights:
1. Each membership provides one vote.
2. Members will vote for Board of Directors (2 year term)
3. Charter Members will vote for By-Laws
4. Voting and issue dissemination will be done via Internet.
Board of Directors:
7 elected members: 5 Videographers, 1 Manufacturer, 1 Association President
Additional benefits will be posted as they are made available and will be retroactive to the beginning of this offering.

ON-LINE
On-line registration is set up for accepting credit card payment for Individual or Student Member registration only. Studio Memberships should download the registration form (below) to fax or mail to the 4EVER Group.
Simply click on the button below. You will be sent to the 4EVER Group Super Store (a secure site) to provide the necessary information and make payment. You will receive a confirmation receipt via email when completed. Once membership is recorded, you will receive an Affiliates membership kit in the mail, usually within a week or two.

Click on the "Download Application" button and print the form. Fill in all of the information and mail with payment to the address listed on the form.
OR
If you are paying by credit card, you can fax the completed form to the fax number listed on the form.
Once the form is received and information/payment is verified, you will receive an Affiliates membership kit in the mail.
